Why door-to-door grooming?
Most pet parents we meet would absolutely groom their dog more often if they didn't have to wrestle a 30 kg Lab into the back seat of a Swift, drive to the studio, hand them over to a stranger, drive back home, drive back again to pick up, fight traffic — and lose half a day in the process.
Door-to-door grooming exists because that's not realistic for most working pet parents. We handle the logistics; you get a clean, well-groomed dog at the end of it without rearranging your day.
What's included in a grooming session
Standard packages — every package can be customised:
- Basic Bath & Brush — Bath with breed-appropriate shampoo, blow-dry, full body brush, ear cleaning, paw pads checked. ~1.5 hours.
- Full Grooming — Everything above + nail clipping, sanitary trim, eye/face trim, breed-appropriate haircut (where relevant). ~2-2.5 hours.
- Royal Spa Day — Full grooming + de-shedding treatment + premium conditioning + paw-pad balm + bow or bandana. ~2.5-3 hours.
- Tick & Flea Treatment — Medicated bath plus topical application. Can be added to any package.
- De-shedding — Heavy-undercoat brush-out for double-coated breeds like Huskies, German Shepherds, Goldens.

Common questions before booking
"My dog is nervous in cars." Our pickup team is trained to handle anxious dogs. Tell us beforehand; we'll allow extra time during pickup so the dog can warm up to the team.
"What if there's an emergency during grooming?" We have a vet on call and will pause grooming and inform you immediately. We never proceed if something seems off.
"Can I cancel?" Yes, up to 12 hours before pickup with no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a small reschedule fee.
"What payment methods?" UPI (any app), cash, or card on delivery. We send a clear invoice via WhatsApp.

From pickup to drop-back: typically 3-5 hours depending on breed, coat condition, and service. A basic bath takes ~1.5 hours of actual grooming; full grooming with haircut 2-3 hours.
Will my dog be safe during pickup and transport?
Our grooming team handles transport themselves — no third-party logistics. Dogs are secured in our air-conditioned vehicle. We pickup one or two dogs per slot, never more.

Can I be present during the grooming?

Tell us upfront and we'll plan accordingly. Anxious dogs often do better with door-to-door because the stress of car rides plus a new environment is reduced to one trip.
