These terms apply to your use of barkopetstore.com and to orders, deliveries and grooming bookings made with BARKO The Pet Store ("BARKO", "we"), Panchkula. By using the website or our services you agree to them.

Prices and offers

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change without notice. Grooming prices depend on breed, coat condition and size; we confirm the final price on WhatsApp or by phone before the service.
Offers shown on the website are for a limited time, subject to availability and may have conditions. We confirm the offer details when you claim it, and offers cannot be combined unless we say so.

Orders and delivery

Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 5 PM, subject to stock and delivery capacity. Delivery times are estimates.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. A small delivery fee applies below that, and we quote it before dispatch.
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem the same day.
For returns or exchanges, contact the store you bought from and we will help as per store policy.

Grooming

Please tell us about your pet's health conditions, allergies, anxiety or aggression, and vaccination status before the session.
We may pause, shorten or decline a session if continuing would be unsafe for your pet or our groomers. Heavily matted coats may need to be clipped short.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us at least 12 hours ahead.
